SoC integrated power supply reduces system cost of ECU

We have designed an SoC for the automotive market.

The system-on-chip integrates multi-core, SRAM, flash, and analog IP components and even the power management system.

The power management controller (PMC) includes a switch mode regulator that accurately detects low voltages to improve power consumption and lower system cost.
